If you are like most parents, you spend half of our waking hours worrying what to feed your family. You want to keep them happy, physically healthy and mentally strong. With a little planning, you can take a bite out of all three with one word. Lunch. Here are a few ideas outside of the ordinary pb&j:
Spread the goat cheese on the pita. Add the ham and spinach and rollup. Slice into bite sized portions.
Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich
Do we need to tell you how to make a sandwich? Oh yeah, cut the crust off for the little ones. Also very important: make sure your lunchroom allows peanuts and peanut products.
